As the 4th of July holiday falls on the most annoying day possible (Wednesday), many local boroughs have opted to hold their firework displays this coming Saturday, June 30th. And, considering the forecast is calling for the hottest day of the summer thus far (90+ degrees), better to be prepared than not. Have a look at the list below and get your Independence Day plans ready to go!

    question last year there was a wonderful concert and fireworks display at the court house in downtown scranton and it was said that it would be held again this year however ive seen no information to that effect or has that been brushed away like most good things in the downtown area thanks for any info
