Join the Rock United Battle of the Bands
Downtown — By nmilner on July 21, 2010 at 12:53 pmThe United Way of Lackawanna, Wayne Counties will hold a Rock United Battle of the Bands on Friday, Oct. 1, 2010, at Whistles Pub & Eatery to benefit the United Way.
The United Way is currently seeking mp3 submissions from local bands interested in participating. The winner’s prize package will include: a profile in Electric City, an interview on an Entercom radio station, a photo shoot by Michael Straub, 3 hrs. of studio time and a cash prize.
If you’re interested in attending, cover charge will be $10 at the door and beer specials will be available.
