LHVA’s Greenway and Trail Public Meeting
Events — By nmilner on September 4, 2009 at 11:27 amIf you’re a jogger, walker, biker or care about the area’s trails and open spaces, you’ll want to take part in the Lackawanna Heritage Valley Authority (LHVA) Greenway & Trail Public Information Meeting on Tuesday, September 22.
The meeting will be held at Steamtown National Historic Site at 6:30 p.m. Topics will include proposed trail routes and spur trails; proposed boundary for the Lackawanna Greenway with parks; and design concepts for new trail sections.
LHVA is seeking feedback and input from residents of the area as part of the Lackawanna Greenway Plan & Lackawanna River Heritage Trail Feasibility Study.
