NEPA Philharmonic offers “Coronation of the King”

The Northeastern Pennsylvania Philharmonic will present “A Tribute to Benny Goodman, The Coronation of the King” on Friday, April 13, at the F.M. Kirby Center and Saturday, April 14, at the Scranton Cultural Center, both concerts start at 8 p.m.

Under the direction of Lawrence Loh, the orchestra will feature guest artist and clarinetist extraordinaire Bob DeAngelis, as well as the quartet of John MacLeod, trumpet, Lorne Nehring Drums, Danny McErlain piano and the NEPA Philharmonic’s own Principal Bass Stephen Groat.
