Jeffrey “Chef Jeff” Diaz has taken his 13 years in the restaurant industry and refocused his career on providing Personal Chef services in Northeastern Pa with his business IDWC Personal Chef Service. He began his business last year when after the death of his daughter Mia Diaz made him rethink his career choice. He loved the restaurant industry but with demands of time from the restaurant industry he was hardly at home. The idea of IDWC began when after conversing with his wife she stated “I Don’t Want To Cook” and he thought to himself how many people say that every day and right there he found his niche. IDWC (I dont want to cook) Personal Chef Services prepares meals for busy singles and families in Northeastern PA. Chef Jeff provides menu planning, grocery shopping, food preparation, food packaging, heating instructions and cleaning up. The only thing he leaves in your home is the smell of delicous, great tasting food. There are several meal plans available and all meals are customized according to his clients specific tastes and dietary needs. If you wish to sample some of Chef Jeff’s culinary creations he will be on hand at “Everything Natural” in Clarks Summit on Feb 17 from 12-6 and Feb 19 from 12-6 during the 3rd Annual Festival of Ice. You can visit his website at www.idontwanttocook.com for more information or you can call him direct at 570-614-9940
