It’s official! The minor league, triple A affiliate of the New York Yankees will play at Lackawanna County Stadium next season.
Let’s hope they see this as an opportunity to get some new momentum up there.

Evil empire’s junior division affiliates, huh. What’s next, Simon Legree opens a gumbo factory run by Wario. My throat might be sore from booing for a whole game should I go see a game. Maybe the pinstripe unis will have larger stripes so they look more like convicts. That would make me feel a whole lot better or if they sold 50 cent beers. Mmmmmmmmmm beeer.
I suppose I will now revel in the fact that the Yankees will not be going to the World Series. No chemistry. That’s what you lack when you lose the big one. Plus the Tigers were just a better team, compared to the overpriced, ego-inflated, primadonnas found on the other pin-striped team.
