Message board gives soldiers a link to home

Scranton’s BlackOut Design, Inc. has created an internet message board that allows area residents to send messages of support to our troops and allows the soldiers to stay connected to their family and friends.

When Army reservist Bob Stephens, then a part-time staffer with BlackOut, was called into active duty in January and sent to Baghdad, the design firm created a message board at http://www.blackout-design.com/alpha.html to allow Stephens and other members of 28th A co 3/103 AR to keep in touch with their hometown community.

The troops rely upon our support and always appreciate news from back home. Please visit the site and let our local troops know that they are in our thoughts.
